Rachel A. Pingley, age 90 years, a resident of Elkins, passed away Tuesday evening, April 21, 2026 in the Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be under the direction of the Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins for Rachel A. Pingley.
