David Lee ” Dave” Teter age 76 years, a former resident of Elkins and a recent resident of Parsons, passed away at 1:43 AM Saturday, May 16, 2026 in the United Hospital Center at Bridgeport, WV.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
